The Company has 4 sets 650 HP drilling rigs. It is a self-propelled drilling rig, mainly composed of a self-propelled chassis, on-board operating mechanism, and drilling accessories. It is easy to transfer and install on the well site and can meet the needs of high-load and long-term continuous drilling operations. The drilling rig has an in-operation height of 35 m, a maximum static hook load of 1,580 kN, a nominal drilling depth of 2,000 m (4-1/2" drill pipe), and the winch power is 650 HP.

The drilling rig has an in-operation height of 38 m, a maximum static hook load of 1,800 kN, a nominal drilling depth of 3,000 m (4-1/2" drill pipe), and the winch power is 750 HP.

It is easy to transfer and install on the well site and can meet the needs of high- load and long-term continuous drilling operations. The drilling rig has an in-operation height of 38 m, a maximum static hook load of 2,250 kN, a nominal drilling depth of 4,000 m (4-1/2" drill pipe), and the winch power is 1,000 HP.

The Company has 2 sets of 1,500 HP drilling rigs, which adopt mechanical-electric drives. Three G12V190PZL-1 diesel engines are provided at the rear block of the drilling rig to drive the integral chain transmission box via the hydraulic coupling. After paralleling, the power drives two F1600 mud pumps respectively and also drives the winch through the integral chain box. The derrick is K-shaped, with low rooting, which can meet the requirements of top drive installation; the rig base is of a high-front and low-rear structure. The drill block is 9 m high, and the rear bock is 0.56 m high. The winch power is 1,500 HP, and the winch is installed on a 1.2 m high winch base at a low position.

The Company has another model of 1,500 HP drilling rig. This drilling rig adopts electromechanical and digital integration design, which enables the digital control of main functions in an automatic, intelligent and information-based way. The winch, turntable and mud pump are all driven by independent AC variable frequency drive systems without mutual interference. By such an arrangement, the requirements of drilling process can be better satisfied. The electric transmission is through a vector variable frequency drive system, and the main electrical equipment is arranged in the VFD room. The winch power is 1,500 HP. The rig is equipped with an integrated driller control room, in which the main operations of the drilling rig are performed by the driller and the real-time display and storage of parameters (signals) are realized.
